Oliver watched this cake like. . .like a dingo watches a baby!

 

There's just something about having a 34th birthday that just makes you wanna do finger horns and stick out your tongue. . .and only half open your eyes.

Nice to have help.

And bright orange polo shirts.  Lincoln was a little disappointed that I didn't get any "toys" for my birthday.

But really, 34th birthday parties are all about watching the dudes play Fruit Ninja on the Knect!

 

 

Father/Son Campout 2012

Great time of year when the Father/Son - Priesthood Commemoration campout comes around.  Time to pack up a bunch of camping gear and junk to eat and head into the wilderness!



Linc had a great time!  You can tell by how much he's glowing.

Linc with his buddies Dallin and Cameron Carr.  They had glowsticks. . .naturally, they were employed as lightsabers.

 

 

This is what happens when you set the camera timer and then don't realize the picture hasn't been taken yet. 

We camped in the shadow. . .well, more like the view of 4 peaks mountain.

This little guy wandered into a campsite full of men and boys with shovels and guns. . .bad idea! 

 

This is four peaks mountain.  You can tell by all the sagebrush.

Lincoln wanted me to take a picture of this cactus.  So I did.  It's lovely.  Very cactusy.
