Rooty-toot-toots and Rump-a-tum-tums

It's Christmastime. . .

You read the title, and now you're singing "Santa Claus is Coming to Town" in your head with a noticeably Jackson 5ish sound to it. Right? So did we, all season long. The boys heard it on the radio one day and it was an instant favorite. Thank goodness we have it on cd and can play it whenever we want. . .like every time we get in the car to go somewhere. And since it's on cd we can hear it again immediately so play it again Tito! Yay!

We had nearly all of Monica's siblings here in the AZ for Christmas and had a great time hanging out, going to the Mesa temple lights, making cookies, eating junk and watching trash so you better come out and pound me! (Home Alone reference) and giving each other stuff!

All around great time. Thanks family!

Aunt Emily and Uncle Jarrod all the way from Alabama

Spider-Man wears Batman beanies!

Uncle James and Linc showing mad cookie decorating skills

Aunt Karla goes for grace and beauty

Us. . .well, we just decorate and then want to eat them as soon as we can

Sisters, Sisters, there were never such devoted sisters. . .

Our handiwork. Santa and the elves will be so impressed. . .and leave with tummy aches

If this isn't the face of excitement over a Herr Drosselmeyer Nutcracker, then honestly, I don't know what is!

Aunt Karla and Dylan admiring a plastic dolphin

Oliver wouldn't open any gifts until he ate breakfast. No, really! That's his present he sat down beside him and that's the waffle and milk he ate BEFORE unwrapping the gift. One must have priorities!

Lincoln was pretty excited that he picked out a gift all on his own. What was this gift?

A pull back and go Stealth bomber jet. Covet away folks! And yes, I am getting really bald.

Kind of a Spider-Man Christmas actually. . .

Angry Birds Star Wars Death Star Game. . .Yeah, that's pretty much all I have to say. New family favorite!

Dylan's cute face. . .and arm

John's special friend Eryn and her special gift, a Harry Potter iPhone case

The Bullen siblings went in on a book with all kinds of family photos to commemorate Tom and Diana's 35th wedding anniversary. Tears were shed, memories were recalled, happiness was had.

John's special friend Eryn made Yoda hats for the kids, including this one with a bow for baby girl Jensen
